My lunch experience at Quail + Crane in Grand Hyatt Hotel SFO was truly amazing. I ordered the fried chicken and Lobster Roll, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. The combination of dishes created a delightful culinary experience. The ambiance, coupled with the exceptional service, made it a memorable visit. Highly recommend for those seeking a top-notch dining experience.

Unbeatable location three stops on the airport air train to our terminal and others. This must be a relatively new hotel as of end 2023. The rooms were clean and spacious, nicely decorated with good quality furniture. Marble bathrooms. Views of the runways. They have an awesome restaurant. We were up early showered and at our gate in 40 minutes. Worth every penny!!

We only stayed overnight because we had an early flight in the am, but it was great. It was worth the money for us. It was so convenient to return the rental car the night before and to get to the airport in the morning. The airport shuttle goes right to the hotel. First we stopped and checked in and dropped off our luggage. They give you 30 minutes free parking. Then we dropped off the rental car and rode the shuttle back to the hotel. Super easy! Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. Aurora at the front desk was especially great. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was delicious and wonderful service there as well. In the morning we just got on the shuttle and rode to our terminal. You don't even have to step outside. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had so many little comforts added. This really is an exceptional hotel.

Room was fine, but I feel that for the amount I paid (roughly $--- a night) it wasn't worth the money. I can get similar experiences from hotels half the price, minus some of the fancier things that look nice but add nothing.

This was my first time staying at a hotel within an airport and it was an excellent experience. After a long flight home from Asia, we were welcomed with comfort and cleanliness. My husband and I were greeted upon walking in and given all the information we needed for our stay. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed having the option of 24 hour room service since our jet lag prevented us from sleeping through the night and we were able to get breakfast at 3 am, which was so good and delivered hot and fresh. The shop is also convenient and we were able to grab some late night hydration and snacks. With our late afternoon flight the next day, it was convenient to leave our suitcases with the front desk staff while we spent some time in the airport.

Excellent hotel, super convenient for air travel. Thoughtful touches in the room - hot water kettle & tea bags, plus coffee pods; icy cold under counter fridge, motion activated night lights, great shower, and a comfy bed! The bar is stylish, with really good food - much better than usual bar fare. The air train runs every 5 minutes to/from the airport. Love it!
